Residents shouldn't be drilling holes into the bone anyways (and not smoothing out the edges), but the drill should show up through the alpha.

Also, if you drill a hole all the way to the sigmoid, areas surrounding the hole created get a blue composited to their color.

We need to create an expert login (probably 3) ie. expert 1, 2, 3. That will allow them access to the system to check things out and record their post test bone performance (time, time based volume capture, end product, etc.) This will allow experts to perform the bone dissection for later comparison to the trainee's performance.
